RETURN POLICY
At JulieeLondon, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. At this current time, we do not offer refunds, a store credit will be issued. Custom orders require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit per jacket, Delivery and Service fees will be charged where is applicable at a minimum of $50.00. Orders placed on our website can only be exchanged where the initial purchase was made and within 5 days of the purchase date provided the item(s) meet the exchange conditions:

Items must be sent back within 72 hours of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.

Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Any shipping, service, or delivery fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded. Additional charges may apply.
We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
